Jayde Barber is a yoga teacher and mental health professional with experience in peer support, particularly with underserved and at-risk youth. Practicing yoga since the age of eight, Jayde has witnessed firsthand how mindful, embodied practices can support emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and strengthen resilience.
After completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Tree Yoga Cooperative, Jayde has focused on bringing trauma-informed, accessible yoga practices into community and organizational settings to support the nervous system. She is passionate about creating inclusive, safe, and restorative spaces where movement is used as a tool for mental wellness, stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and collective care.
Through her work, Jayde combines her lived experience, professional expertise, and yoga training to design and deliver moving meditation practices that calm, center, and empower communities, fostering resilience and well-being from the inside out.
