Movement for the People exists for all who want to make the practice of moving meditation an essential part of their work of building community and organizing for liberation:
For organizations: We bring mindful practices to the staff and members of liberation-focused organization in their spaces and online.
For individuals: We offer welcoming spaces (co-created with our institutional partners) for people to practice yoga in their neighborhoods.
For facilitators: We support opportunities for trained yoga facilitators to guide communities in moving meditation.
